This exciting category will be a combination tribute to the person who started our company Fillmore Real Estate: Bill Reinhardt. I will also attempt to analyze things from what we think dad would do in certain real estate brokerage situations. Many of the fundamental things that Dad would have done, would still be important strategies today; however, we’ll look at the new tools and techniques used by brokers today to get the same tasks done. The perspective will focus on how things used to be done and how they are done today, but anchoring in on the fundamentals behind the actions…because that is what made Fillmore Real Estate what it is today.
“What would dad do?” is a great way to keep things in perspective.

I think that what Dad did, should never be disregarded. All the old techniques “STILL” work, because people still want to be treated like “royalty” when they are spending big bucks! And Bill sure did know how to treat people like royalty. It was one of his greatest assets……….

I love this! “What would dad do” to me, means sound, tried and true tips, techniques and advice not just in the real estate market we are faced with today but for all successful business practices period. Thinking about what has worked in the past and how those concepts can benefit us right now, is priceless. Great idea! I cant wait to read more!
