Customer Satisfaction in Real Estate? In Brooklyn? Fuhgeddaboutit!
It’s now more important than ever to focus and measure your customer satisfaction. We’re putting systems in place to make sure that we’re doing a better job. We’re rating our agents.
Fillmore Real Estate is introducing Customer Satisfaction as it’s main focus and initiative at 2010 Sales Meeting. Watch as Fillmore steps up to the plate in delivering excellent customer service. We’ll monitor, measure and perhaps face challenges along the way. BUT We realize the importance of Satisfaction and we’re trying real hard to make a difference in the real estate industry. If you have any ideas or suggestions to help us along the path, please let me know.
