Being a leader of a large company, sometimes requires a little bit of Hollywood. Our annual awards ceremony is coming up in February, and we’re planning it like a major production. For the first time, we’re using a venue that has a video wall, multiple monitors, a traveling camera to catch the faces of recipients, and a light and sound show that will shake the room.
This event is a once a year opportunity to shine and show your company that you’ve got what it takes to make them proud. They should all leave saying that they are glad that they are part of such an effort.
This year, we are getting agents and managers on the Ceremony Committee; where they will take an active part in the planning, preparation and orchestration of the event. We even have a dress rehearsal scheduled…can you imagine a dress rehearsal? Everything Counts!
My motto for the year: If you’re going to do it…Do It Right!
I’m going to have fun and enjoy an event that used to be tedious.
