This is day 4 of the Beta Launch of Fillmore’s New Agent Dashboard. Wow, Amazing, Beautiful, are some of the words that we’re hearing to describe the newly redesigned agent tool.
Agents are raving about their ability to place goals on the system and then see how well their doing on a daily basis. People seem to be motivated by the fact that there is full transparency in the reporting functions, where now each agent’s productivity is out there for all to see.
We’ve been told that the NAD charts remind them of the old days where we had sticker boards in each office. Agents would come in just to make sure that they got a sticker on the board. It seems that these charts are having the same effect.
The momentum is building rapidly and the adaption to the new dashboard is even faster than anticipated.
This Friday marks our first KICKSTART FRIDAY. We will be hosting classes, demonstrations, and workshops all day long. We also have a brand new photography room set up to allow you to get a FREE new agent photo on the new site. We’ll have people there to assist you with your biography and to make sure that you are looking amazing as we prepare to launch the new Fillmore.com public site in just a few days.
Wow, you can see that we are Kickstarting Fillmore’s 2011 off with a power and energy that has never been seen before. We are on a mission. And that mission is to get each agent to earn more by working more efficiently. Now that we have the tools that will help measure each agent’s activity, we can reward those who are most serious about their career. We will better be able to track effectiveness of our marketing dollars, which will allow us to reallocate those funds to places that are working best; thereby increasing the number of new customers attracted to Fillmore each day.
The Big Picture: Agents that are not providing the great level of service to the consumer will no longer be rewarded with an abundance of customers. Customers will be distributed more equally to agents that want to work hard and properly service the consumer in the way the Fillmore wants them to be serviced. Agents will be motivated to produce as they watch their “properties shown” numbers rise and their commissions earned grow. Those agents who are showing a lot and not getting the sale will be invited to attend special closing classes to help perfect each part of the sales process.
Our goal is to make us all better..both individually, and as a team.
For the first time in history, real estate companies can now run more easily like a real traditional business.
Fillmore is accepting this challenge to grow and we believe that through proper goal setting, and the constant measuring of those goals, we will all rise to the next level.

My wish for you for 2011, is that you join the many Fillmore agents and managers that have already embraced the New Agent Dashboard system. The power is now in your hands.
You can make the decision to drive or become a passenger. There will be no back-seat drivers by the end of the year.
1) You’re either a true Fillmore Agent that sets goals and meets them, and will thereby be rewarded with higher production in 2011 or
2) You will find out that this may be your last year at Fillmore. There will be minimum production requirements per agent to motivate you to do it now…this year, 2011!
Of course there may be some EXCUSES why you can’t do it now…but let me tell you a quote from Gary Ryan Blair, “Excuses are for Knuckleheads.” Life seems to be getting shorter and shorter. This is the time that we must do it…Do It NOW!
To all the great agents of Fillmore, please understand that there are so many people working hard with you to make your career as successful as possible. Our number one job is to provide our agents with the best tools that will enable them to beat the competition time and again.
