For those readers of The Reinhardt Blog, I am going to give you a sneak preview of what we are going to discuss at Fillmore’s Annual Sales Meeting on this Thursday. Our theme for the year is Be the Change, and I am hoping that by the end of this message, and the end of our sales meeting, we can begin the process of changing the entire company around. Wow, that’s right..we’re going to change the way the company thinks, markets, learns and shares. Doesn’t that sound drastic? I say it is, but tough times demand tough actions. I use this slowdown in the market as the perfect opportunity to change and create the company that you always wanted.
“Be the change,”refers to the concept that you have to each embrace the changes that are happening and become empowered by them. See the opportunity that lies ahead and seize the change to improve yourself personally, while being a part of a much larger movement. You will BE part of a like-minded group of peers that are all going through the same changes together. One unified team on a mission to raise the bar and learn to provide the best level of service possible. We all think that we know what the best practices in real estate are, but together…when we create an environment to share and care, we will create a path that is unstoppable. Together, our ideas are stronger than any of us alone. Together, we will gain more market share then ever before and we will do this by delivering top quality services in the way that the new consumer wants them to be delivered.
The world has changed around us. We are no longer the Gate Keeper of information. What is our purpose? What does the consumer really need us for?
