Here are some books I've read recently and some I'm currently reading on my Kindle

The Whuffie Factor - Tara Hunt: This is a great book on social media and it's value in business. Great real life examples used by Tara! *****

Tribes - Seth Godin: An interesting and in depth look at the power of people. Great points.****

Crush It - Gary Vaynerchuk: I enjoy Gary and his energy. I read part of this on the Kindle and part as a vook The journey with Gary is part of the excitement. I just bought cases of wine from him. It works.****

Everything Counts - Gary Ryan Blair: Gary inspired me to take the 100 Day Challenge. This book contains most of the concepts from the challenge and is refreshing to read. This is a great way to start the year off and get focused on goals and action. ****

The Murder of King Tut - James Patterson: I enjoyed the break from motivational books. I learned a lot about King Tut and the treasures of Egypt. It's great that my son is now studying Egypt in school. *****

    Tech

Some of the technologies I use in my daily business

Centralized Call Center Technology: Instead of having receptionists in each office during off hours, we now centralize the calls in one place and save money while improving effectiveness

Call Monitoring Technology: In order to assure quality we are now monitoring some of the calls to our offices. This really improves customer satisfaction as agents step up to the plate and managers can better track the quality of service that is being provided.

Blogging Platforms: Wordpress is the easiest and most user friendly platform that I have come across. My agents and managers are starting to create blogs on Wordpress. Next, I want to find someone to assist them in creating and maintaining blogs. WordPress

    Gadgets

Some of the coolest gadgets that I am playing with now!

Altec Lansing Back Beat 903 blue tooth headset – Great hands free and wireless way to enjoy tunes at the gym. I use to watch motivational videos while working out as well and kill two New Years Resolutions with one gadget.

Sonos Music System – music in every room with remote control from the iphone. I'm singing throughout the house and day...you don't want to hear me sing!

My iPhone and the great apps that are added on a regular basis still hold my attention and loyalty
